FreedomBank Summer Road Trips Are Back for 2026

FreedomBank is excited to once again offer motorcoach trips to two of Iowa’s most popular summer events. Leave the driving to us and enjoy a full day experiencing the Iowa State Fair or the Farm Progress Show. Both trips include comfortable motorcoach transportation, admission, and a full day to explore.

Iowa State Fair – Des Moines

Wednesday, August 19, 2026

Join us for a day at one of Iowa’s most iconic events. The Iowa State Fair attracts more than a million visitors each year and offers something for everyone, from livestock shows and exhibits to live entertainment, vendors, and nearly 200 food stands.

Cost - $80 per person, which includes:

• Motorcoach transportation (with restroom and WiFi)
• General gate admission
• Driver gratuity

Tentative Schedule - Subject to change.

• Monona pickup: 5:30 AM
• Elkader pickup: 6:00 AM
• Depart fairgrounds: 4:00 PM

Farm Progress Show – Boone, Iowa

New this year, FreedomBank is offering a trip to the Farm Progress Show which is the nation’s largest outdoor farm show. This event features more than 600 exhibitors, large-scale field demonstrations, and the latest in agricultural equipment, technology, and services.

Cost - $80 per person, which includes:

• Motorcoach transportation (with restroom and WiFi)
• General gate admission
• Driver gratuity

• Monona pickup: 5:45 AM
• Elkader pickup: 6:15 AM
• Depart show: 5:00 PM

Registrations can be completed at any FreedomBank location. Seating is limited, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

• Trips canceled by FreedomBank are fully refundable
• Cancellations made after the registration deadline or no-shows will forfeit payment
