FreedomBank is proud to donate $10,000 to the Veterans Memorial Hospital and Health Care Foundation in support of the VMH Postville Clinic Expansion and Renovation Project. This initiative will relocate the clinic to the former Upper Explorerland Building, adjacent to its current location. The updated facility will feature five modern exam rooms, an updated procedure room, expanded lab space, and improved areas designed for patient comfort and privacy.

The expansion will also accommodate new healthcare providers, including a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and a full-time registered nurse, strengthening access to both family health and behavioral health services in the community.

Barb Shull, FreedomBank Vice President and Vice President of the Veterans Memorial Health Care Foundation Board, emphasized the significance of the project and FreedomBank's support. She said, “This project provides accessibility to additional healthcare right in our communities. In addition, VMH has worked hard at bringing in new employees including providers and a psychiatric mental health nurse to support the people right here in our local areas. We are proud to donate to a project to support both the people and the growing businesses for the overall success of our local counties.”

As a 100% employee-owned community bank, FreedomBank is committed to empowering success and strengthening the communities we serve.
